Working out in a fitness center, a club house or outdoor would give you a total different experience, while we create Watahhh Fitness on the purpose of providing an exclusive, motivative and comfortable place for a private or semi-private personal fitness training to our customers. As said, exercise is not a race and we should enjoy the progress, the people and to communicate with your body muscles for a better understanding of what we are doing, and there are so much "get the things done" approach of fitness training nowadays and we really want you to stay focus and concentrate on what you are doing, and excel it.
We could see lots of aged 40+ start deteriorating and out of shape nowadays, especially for those extended hours of work hours, tasks, prolong sitting in front of the computers, and for those spending most of their time being with their gadgets. Even thought you spent a lot in hiring a personal trainer in some place, you might not be experiencing the best and mood of training. We wanted to give you a positive power of enjoyment for your training so that you are happy with it, and keep going! That simple :)
With Watahhh Fitness, you can now get a group of friends together and make it a time to encourage each other and keep yourselves motivated! Either with your existing coach or talk to any of our in-house coach.
