​Since I have studied martial arts and exercises, I like to study the knowledge and techniques in it, so that I enter the specialized field of sports science and human physiology.
Become a coach, share my experience and training methods, and watch the students change along the way. Whether their posture gets better or their physique gets stronger, I’m sure I didn’t choose the wrong path of exercise.

More than ten years of teaching experience, from athletes to scientific theories in books, and then back to various different training methods in practice. My aim is to lead students to fall in love with sports, not to lose weight and gain muscle in a difficult mentality 😁

Self-defense martial arts (Thai boxing)
